Chloe, Gucci, Dior, Balenciaga, Prada, Acne, Ralph Lauren, and Kenzo are just a few names lining the very cute and pretty Bicester Village! I visited a couple of weeks ago to get a few spring bits to add to my wardrobe.
My mum and I did the usual, browse all shops, lunch and discuss what our favourites were, and then go back to make the purchase! I like to suss all the shops out before making any commitments. Although, as soon as I saw the Chloe bag, I was 90% sure I was going to get it!
My BICESTER VILLAGE PURCHASES…
I bought 2 items – A small Faye Chloe bag and a classic white Ralph Lauren cotton shirt. I don’t own anything from either of those shops and I thought they were both really great picks for spring. I wanted things that I’d easily be able to wear with clothes I’ve already got in my wardrobe.
With any designer bag, for me, I always have to be able to imagine what I’m going to wear it with, and when making a purchase like this, It’s really got to go with a lot of my clothes. I was a little worried that this bag was too ‘busy’ with the patterns, but when I got it home and started trying it on with things, it went with so much! I have so many pinky/nudey pieces in my wardrobe and those tones are just like a match made in heaven with this bag!
I love it with denim too!
This bag is this season, it was discounted in store, but online it was full price! They have new season things as well, not just older stock!
The shirt is a classic and it’s not going to be a struggle trying to find things to wear it with! It’s so soft and lovely. I’m wearing the medium as I wanted it a little over sized, I love to wear shirts undone, over summery dresses too! Online the shirt is £85. It was labelled up as £60 in store, but they had an extra discount off the entire store! It ended up being around £35! They had SO many lovely things in there, the quality is amazing!
You guys know I love my food… I had the yummiest mac n cheese from the farm shop at Bicester Village. They’ve got a really good selection of restaurants and food stalls.
Here were some of my other favourite picks for spring from the village…
Until next time Bicester!
