What I’m wearing…

A good pair of jeans
It isn’t easy to find a good pair of jeans, I’ve spoken about how much I struggle to find jeans, so when I do, I wear them A LOT. You don’t need to excessively spend to find a good pair, I’ve tried on £70-£100 pairs of jeans and they don’t fit me well, these jeans I’m wearing above were under £30 and fit me just how I wanted them to. Just shop around and try plenty on!

My favourite picks…..

Pair of classic boots

Some of my black ankle boots are from a few years ago, and they come back out every year. Black ankle boots, or whatever you’re classic desired style is, will always be a classic so you can whip them out every winter and won’t need to buy new ones. Of course, we love shopping, we want new shoes, but you can buy more fashion led shoes/boots that will only be ‘fashionable’ for that season. I always think Chelsea boots will always be around so invest in a nice pair and you’ll get years worth of wear out of them!

My favourite picks….

Selection of good tees

My favourite thing ever, a tee. You must know by now that I love t-shirts. Usually some kind of slogan tee. You can pick them up from literally £5, get a good selection, maybe play around with some different colours, you can wear them to add a subtle pop of colour, and if you’re only spending a small amount on them, you can have a few different ones! I love how the text on this tee matches perfectly with the jacket! You’ll also want some basic plain ones as well as more slogan and fun ones!

My favourite picks…

Classic/versatile jacket

Something that you can always wear. Maybe stick to something simple so you can wear it with lots of different outfits. I often like to spend less on more ‘fashion’ items and more on classics as I know I’ll get a lot more wear out of them! Maybe stick to a classic colour like black or camel/beige!

My favourite picks…

Classic/simple handbag

This really is a must have for me. Last year I made my first designer handbag purchase, I bought the Gucci Disco Soho bag, it cost me £715 (yes that is a lot to spend on a bag) but I genuinely think I’ve used it pretty much every day. It’s black and it’s a classic! Choose a well made, great quality bag, and again, maybe something simple, so you can wear it over and over again and not get bored with it, but also if its simple its much more likely to fit in with more of your outfits. I don’t think you can ever go wrong with black. With handbags, I do believe in the motto: buy cheap buy twice.

Love your picks – I agree with all of them! Especially a good coat – I think it can really help to dress up an outfit 🙂 x
