Monochrome is one of my favourite trends of all time, but the gingham print is just, well, words can’t describe. I.LOVE.IT. You can play around with the pattern so much and it is so easy to wear! These trousers are a gorgeous versatile piece to take you through from spring to summer. T-shirts, knits or a cute shirt, it’s so easy to find pieces to pair with the trousers! And for all of those reasons and a million more that I won’t bore you with, that is why gingham is my favourite spring trend.

I’ve paired the gingham trousers with a French slogan tee, just for a casj look and seeing as it is a little nippy still, opted for this cute pastel blue blazer which gives it a subtle pop of colour! This outfit has a very ‘afternoon tea’ vibe about it, don’t you think?

The small splits at the bottom of the trousers let the trouser sit lovely at the ankle! I went for heeled mules as I think they really flatter the legs, plus it gives me a little extra height too!

Of course I’m wearing my new Gucci Soho Disco bag, you can read all about my first ever designer purchase here!

Because I love gingham so much, I’ve linked lots of lovely gingham pieces below for you, so you haven’t got to spend ages looking around, I’ve done the hard work for you 😉
