March Favourite Five

Another month gone by, so I’m back with my favourite five from March!

Beauty Blender

It’s a classic and it’s in a lot of girls make up bags for a reason! This has hugely changed my makeup application! I use it for foundation, concealer and sometimes a cream contour too. If you haven’t used this before, I can promise you it isn’t like those awful triangle sponges you used to get! This blends in the make up so perfectly and evenly! I apply my foundation with my brush and then dab over with this sponge to give it a really flawless look, and then concealer is patted in with this sponge too. I still don’t know why you have to wet the sponge before you use it, seems weird, but it works! If you haven’t tried it, it’s absolutely worth a go!

Clinique Fresh Pressed 7 Day System

Vitamin C is one the most powerful anti-aging vitamins there are, and this in pure form! There are 2 parts to this system, the powder cleanser and the daily booster which is like a serum. This is fresh vitamin C, so once opened, it needs to be used within 7 days! The cleanser is SO nice, it is in the sachets, you mix with a little water and it becomes a gorgeous gentle exfoliating thick face wash! Then you mix the Vitamin C daily booster serum drops in with your moisturiser. It is fun to use and there isn’t any other products around like this! I’m trying everything I can to keep my skin looking youthful now and this is supposed to majorly help so I’ll be sticking to this for a while!

Nars Sheer Glow Foundation

If there was one product that I buy again, again and again, it would be this. I have featured this before in a favourites post, and I have veered off, trying new foundations, but I always come back to this faithful foundation! It is medium/full coverage and gives a gorgeous glow. Also, it doesn’t look too full coverage, it isn’t cakey, it is BEAUTIFUL. You can get a little tester pot to try it before you buy, I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a new foundation!

Magnitone BareFaced Cleansing Brush

I LOVE this. It’s basically a cleansing brush which gently vibrates and pulses whilst you are cleansing. It gives a deep cleanse and massages the skin to get the blood circulating around! In the evenings, I remove my make-up and then on my 2nd cleanse, I use this brush, you should always cleanse twice to ensure all the make-up and dirt from the day has gone! My skin always feel super clean and soft after using this. I use this around 3 times a week, it is suitable to use every day, I just forget! It’s an amazing little gadget to give your skin a bit of extra love!

Frankincense Intense Lift Serum– Neal’s Yard Remedies

This is the first ever Neal’s Yard product I’ve tried. If you’re new to Neal’s Yards as well, then you may not know that all of their products are natural and organic with a holistic approach. I’ve been using the Frankincense serum (which is for lifting and hydrating the skin) as much as I can/when I remember, and I love having that extra step in my skincare regime. After I’ve cleansed, I use this before my moisturiser. There are some amazing statistics proved from using this product and I’m really enjoying using it and starting to notice a difference! My skin just looks ‘fresher’ and it has a lovely aroma scent which is super relaxing in the evening! It soaks in so quickly too. I’m going to be strict with myself and start using this day and night every day!

Let’s see what April brings!
