The swinging sixties trend is really hitting off right now, and I love it! Mini skirts and thigh high boots are must haves for this season.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to get my wear out of these thigh high eye-catching boots but I think I definitely will, they absolutely complete any look and they are sooo soft. I think they look super cute with a little skirt or even a pair of shorts. I’m yet to style them over jeans, I haven’t played around with that option yet, I have my reservations but I can’t knock it until I’ve tried it!

Missguided has got it goin’ on right now. I picked up this check waterfall style jacket and pale pink skirt off their site last week and I’m very impressed! It is only a light weight jacket, so I wouldn’t say its great for a winter coat but as a throw on jacket, its just right!  I popped a basic grey tee underneath to keep it fairly casual too.

How cute are the surroundings here, I love the cobbles, so quaint! Maybe one of my favourite blogging backgrounds!

What are your thoughts on the 60’s trend?
