The sports luxe trend has been everywhere starting from the catwalk and all the way to Primark. There is something for everyone’s budget, especially this cute two-piece/co-ord for a mere £20.
At £10 for the jacket and £10 for the shorts, I couldn’t say no to this monochrome two-piece. This bomber style jacket isn’t something I’d usually opt for but it’s good to change things up and to experiment. I was rather desperate to buy this, so desperate that the shorts aren’t even my size! They are a little big but I have pinned them at the back and you can barely see. It was lucky I studied textiles at school!
Keeping on trend, I popped this cute mint coloured scalloped vest underneath. This is one of Topshop’s basic staples items which come out every summer in a variety of colours. I love these little tops, but they go a little bobbly in the wash.
Verging more on the sporty side of sports luxe, I thought I would get my New Balance’s involved. For a long time I think it was mainly converse which was classed as a ‘stylish’ trainer. Now, there is so much choice with trainers and almost anything goes. I still love my classic converse though!
Have you snapped up any sports-luxe bargains this season?
